Let's be honest... being a faith-filled woman can be tiring, discouraging, and isolating.
Especially because faith-filled women live in a world attempting to squish and squeeze out influence of biblical principles that we hold dear.
You pray, give, and serve faithfully and, yet, it feels like you are battling a raging forest fire with a green plastic squirt gun. It can be discouraging.
If you’ve spent time investing in the lives of other women, you know exactly what this feels like and you need to know that you are not alone.
We grieve over a world that rejects Jesus... but we discover moments of hope!
One of the most encouraging parts of the Christian life is when your daughter, friend, or another woman in your church or neighborhood will ask you to walk alongside her in her faith. With that blessing also comes the pressure to show up big for them and to have answers to their questions.
And what about someone from a younger generation than you, who is wondering what all the fuss about the God of the Bible is about? How can you relate to them when an increasing percentage of young people believe there is no absolute truth or need for a saving relationship with Jesus anymore?
In a world that propagates corruption, you are called to bring truth to the lies and clarity to the confusion by promoting the pure principles of our faith.
Perhaps you’ve been called by God to lead women in an official ministry capacity and you are simply overwhelmed and struggling to lead effectively. Not only are you trying to grow your own faith, maybe you sense a call of God on your life to reach women with the love of Jesus but you don’t know where to even begin.

Ignite Influence from My Only Aim is a 12 week multi-faceted discipleship community for women who long to expand their influence. The meetings will be held in the Phoenix Metro area. Each week community members will gather for two hours for growth and discipleship in key areas of influence and leadership.
The most surprising part was when we were challenged to create a ministry! You can be overwhelmed at the thought of creating a ministry. But when we started to unpack who we wanted to serve and the needs of that group, we practically created a business plan to become the hands and feet of Jesus to this group.
Ignite Influence has been influential in my life. I have seen myself grow significantly, there is nothing stopping me now from making Jesus famous in the community. My goals is to bring Jesus and the comfort of Jesus to women. I feel equipped to go out and do what I’m called to do.
Ignite Influence has been like a masterclass in theology and leadership. Ministry leadership is hard and every week we all come together, sharpen our leaderships skills, address the areas where we feel vulnerable or not equipped. It has brought me such joy to see women who came in with questions and lack of confident to watch them flourish when iron sharpens iron.
The Ignite Influence Experience
Early Church
An examination of the early church. Its forms, functions, and how awe and wonder fell upon every believer. Our study of Acts invites us to examine our individual roles as women in the context of the broader church today.
Hermeneutics & Exegesis
You’ll learn basic principles of hermeneutics to help in your exegesis of Scripture, and discover trusted Bible study tools and resources that’ll assist you in applying the ancient text to your modern day life.
Leadership
Leadership principles and practices to help you identify your unique ability to wield influence and help others do the same.
Spiritual Gifts
A spiritual gifts assessment to discover God’s desired participation for you to grow and build up your Christian brothers and sisters. With additional accountability and help in plugging back into a local church to use your gift for the building of God’s Kingdom.
Team Building
Team Building, Communication, and Group Facilitation techniques because ministry should never be done alone.
Evangelism
Ideas to reach those coming behind you with the love of Jesus, because the gospel is always just one generation away from extinction.

Definitely not! This is for women who want to live lives of purpose in their homes, communities and churches. Whether you serve on a church or ministry staff, facilitate a small group or simply trying to figure out where you fit in God’s kingdom, we are here to help you discover your strengths and spiritual gifts so you can lead and influence well.
We meet once a week for two hours. You will have some outside work to do on your own, but it will not require a significant amount of time.
We will spend the first hour in Bible study and discussion. The second half of our time will focus on understanding your own unique gifting, growing as a leader and equipping you with tools and skills to make a greater impact. We help you discover how God created you to serve His Church.
This is for women aged 18 and older.
A central location in the valley.
Our venue will determine how many women we can accommodate. Make sure to join our interest so you can reserve your spot!
Yes, there will be a cost for the materials provided. Our goal is to make this available to as many women at possible so our aim is to make it as affordable as possible.

Tracy Steel
Co-founder of My Only Aim & Every Life Ministries Director of Leader Development
Tracy Steel graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in interior design and has a master’s degree in biblical and theological studies from Phoenix Seminary.
Moving from one type of interior design to another, Tracy then worked in full-time youth ministry, serving as the Director of Female Students and most recently as the Associate Minister to Women at Scottsdale Bible Church. God’s true design for Tracy now involves improving the interior space of the hearts and minds of women around her.
This military wife and mother of two enjoys speaking at women’s ministries events nationwide and currently enjoys serving women as the Women’s Ministries Director at Palmcroft Church in Phoenix, Arizona
Tracy is also the author of A Redesigned Life: Uncovering God’s Purpose When Life Doesn’t Go as Planned and Images of His Beauty.
Erica Wiggenhorn
Founder of Every Life Ministries and Co-founder of My Only Aim, Erica longs to bring the truth of Scripture to transform your life.
An award-winning, multi-published author with Moody Publishers, Erica loves to share the Word of God wherever she can! Her latest release is An Unexpected Revival: Experiencing God’s Goodness In Disappointment and Doubt, an 8 week Bible study through the prophecies of Ezekiel. A companion video teaching series is also available to accompany this work.
A communicator and connector at heart, Erica loves teaching the Word of God at Aspire Women’s Events, a national speaking tour through Extreme Faith Productions., Erica also writes for the First 5 app with Proverbs 31 Ministries.
You can find her almost every day on Instagram where she shares Phoenix life with her best friend Jonathan, and their four children. Two of which are human and the others furry and adorable.
Sara Reid
Sara Reid serves as the Director of Ministry Expansion with Every Life Ministries.
A recent graduate of Colorado Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and minors in both Business and Psychology, Sara is passionate about intersecting theology into everyday life through effective messaging and storytelling.
She longs to influence her generation with the life changing love of Jesus and help them share their stories well. Her desire is for God to utilize her education in effective communication to build a bridge between generations for deeper discipleship and greater outreach, changing communities one life at a time.
An outdoor adventure enthusiast, Sara loves to be active, but preferably in community and without insects.
About Us
My Only Aim exists for the church not instead of it. Our mission is to effectively train and disciple women to discover their unique strengths and gifting to serve in their local church and impact their community with the life transforming message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Yes, here is what we believe.
We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God was fully God, came to earth clothed in human flesh to serve as the Savior of the world (Jn. 1:14). God the Father sent Jesus to die on the cross so we might be reconciled to God, who is holy, blameless, righteous, and just (Isa. 53:5-6). The Father “made him who knew no sin, to become sin for us” (Eph. 2:2).
Every person is born into sin and held captive to it apart from redemption through Jesus Christ (Eph. 2:1; 1 Jn. 1:8). God’s prophets, who spoke for God to His people Israel, foretold the coming of Christ centuries before His arrival (1 Pet. 1:10-12). God’s purpose is for us to know and believe in Him (Isa. 43:10). It is by our faith in the death and resurrection of Christ that we are saved (Eph. 1:7; 2:8-9). There is no salvation from sin apart from Him (Jn. 14:6). Jesus Christ is the only way to God.
Before Jesus died, He promised to send His Holy Spirit to guide us into truth (Jn. 14:16-17). Upon Jesus’ death, He descended into hell, conquered sin and death, and on the third day rose again (Heb. 2:14-15; 1 Cor. 15:3-4). Jesus Christ appeared to His disciples and others, and through the Great Commission commanded believers to spread the Good News of eternal life through faith in Him (Mt. 28:16-20; Acts 1:3; 1 Cor. 15:5-7). He then ascended into heaven where He sits at God’s right hand (Heb. 1:3).
After His ascension, Christ sent His Holy Spirit to dwell in the hearts of those who repent of their sin and call upon Him to become their Savior and Lord (Acts 1:4-5; 2:38). Through the power of His Holy Spirit, we are continually transformed into a likeness of His image as we walk in obedience to His Word, the Bible (2 Cor. 3:17-18). Because God is the author of all truth, the Bible is infallible and sovereign in its teaching (2 Tim. 3:16-17). At a time known only to Father God, Jesus will return to earth, this time in His complete glory to judge the world (Mt. 24:30-31, 36; 25:31-32).
God’s will for us as His creation on earth is to know Him, walk with His Son in obedience (1 Jn. 2:6), and to tell others about His Son (Ep. 6:19-20; Col. 4:4-6). We know God by reading and studying His Word (Heb. 4:12), spending time in His presence through prayer (Eph. 6:18; Rom. 8:26-27), and fellowshiping with other believers, who comprise His church (Heb. 10:24-25). Because God is sovereign, every person, circumstance, or blessing ushers from His hand (Rom.11:26). Therefore, all we do and how we use His creation should be surrendered to Him in thanksgiving (Eph. 5:1-2; Phil.4:6; 1 Thess. 5:16-18). God is intimately involved in our lives (Mt. 6:30-33). We exist to give Him glory. As we walk in obedience to Him, our natural purposes diminish and His purposes guide our lives (Eph. 3:16-19). All thoughts and actions fall under His Lordship and authority (Col. 1:9-10; 2 Cor. 10:3-5). This transformation occurs by the power of the Holy Spirit. God promises the work of His Spirit in our lives until Christ returns (2 Thess. 5:23-24).
